Observation

There were staff employed for longer than three months who did not complete training requirements. There were staff (Natisa Archuleta, Avery Kirscht) who did could potentiall count in staff-to-child ratio who did not have first aid and CPR training certificates. Two lead teachers (Natisa Archuleta, Nikia Brown) did not have food handler permits. Nikia is currently on leave. There were staff (Natisa Archuleta, Avery Kirscht, Nylani Brown) who did not have emergency preparedness training. There were staff who did not have training in children experiencing homelessness (Natisa Atchuleta, Nylani Brown, Avery Kirscht). There was a staff member (Nylani Brown) employed for longer than three months who did not complete Child Care Basics. There were staff (Natisa Artchuleta, Nylani Brown, Avery Kirscht) who did not take training in abuse and head trauma.
